MANILA, Aug 31 (Reuters) - Philippine technology company
Audiowav Media Inc has filed a prospectus for an initial public
offering of up to 2.66 billion pesos ($57.11 million), the
corporate regulator said on Wednesday, in what could be the
country's third IPO this year.
