STMicro board wants to replace CEO, seeking successors

PARIS, April 14 (Reuters) - The board of Franco-Italian

chipmaker STMicroelectronics has decided to replace its

current chief executive Carlo Bozotti, a source close to the

matter told Reuters on Thursday.
