Aug 3 (Reuters) - Wal-Mart Stores Inc is in talks to
buy Jet.com, which launched a year ago and was considered a
threat to larger rivals like Amazon.com Inc due to its
innovative pricing software, the Wall Street Journal reported on
Wednesday.
